Financing Products
Customers may select from a myriad of products to finance items ranging from software/services to heavy equipment. Transactions may be structured as off or on balance sheet leases or loans under level or varying payment schedules. Products include:
- $1 Buyout
- Capital Lease
- Operating Lease
- Fixed End of Term Purchase
- TRAC Lease
- Term Loans
- Early Termination or Buyout Options
Transaction Parameters
SCR completes a wide variety of transactions but generally we focus on financing assets under these general guidelines:
- Customer is a North American company, public or privately held
- Company has minimum $10,000,000 annual revenue
- Financing size $25,000 to $25,000,000
- 12-84 months term (longer dependent upon asset)
- Payments may be level or structured to match projected cash flows
Transaction Documents
We ensure that customers are provided documentation in a timely fashion to complete financing transactions and get their vendor(s) paid. Financing transactions require certain documents which some customers may not readily understand. SCR will work diligently to answer any questions that customers may have with transaction documents. Following is a list of the major types of financing documents:
